Transportation Service Changes Effective Saturday, April 11, 2020

In compliance with the City Manager’s Order, all GTrans customers are required to wear face coverings that cover the nose and mouth while on board. GTrans has also implemented other onboard safety measures, including a policy that requires customers to use only the rear doors of larger buses and a physical distancing requirement that limits the number of passengers on any bus to 15. GTrans has blocked off certain rows in order to facilitate onboard physical distancing. Fare collection is not enforced at this time.
