GTrans Facility Reopening on Tuesday, June 29, 2021
Beginning Tuesday, June 29, 2021 the GTrans Administrative Building located at 13999 Western Avenue in Gardena will reopen to the public to allow walk-up services such as Lost and Found retrieval, purchasing and reloading fare media, and general in-person customer service needs. Customers may still also call our Customer Service Line (310) 965-8888 for travel assistance or other inquiries.
Services are available during business hours, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vehicle access to the building is located on 139th Street at Western Avenue.
Know Before You Go
No more than 8 people will be allowed in the lobby of the building. Once maximum occupancy is reached, visitors will be asked to wait outside.
